Additional on-site support visits chargeable at standard rates
Level 3
Free telephone and remote access support; Free help desk; Unlimited remote administration of your network and services* Change-out of faulty equipment within 24 hours** No call-out charges* Loan equipment while faulty items are repaired/exchanged** Free short-term loan of peripherals (up to 2 days) Remote monitoring of your servers*
